Accessibility
How we make the Clinic 45 website usable for everyone, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated: September 2026
Our commitment
Clinic 45 is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, whatever their ability or the technology they use. We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we've done
Across the site we have aimed to:
- Use clear, readable text with strong colour contrast
- Provide a “Skip to content” link and a logical heading structure
- Make every interactive element usable with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines
- Add descriptive labels to buttons, links, icons and images
- Keep the layout responsive so it works on phones, tablets and larger screens
- Respect the “reduce motion” setting for people who prefer less animation
Ongoing work
Accessibility is something we keep improving. Some third-party content, such as embedded maps and our online booking forms, is provided by other services, and we work to choose accessible providers where we can.
